Line Count

The pricing policy followed by our company is based on the standard guideline of AHDI (Association for Healthcare Documentation Integrity) which states that a line can be counted as having 65 characters inclusive of space. The low price that we offer does not in any ways compromise on the quality of our service which is the best in the industry, our pricing is based on per-line or number of characters per report

Our line rate is calculated per 65 characters, not as a visible line. Consequently, fonts, font sizing, spacing and the number of pages do not matter for determining medical transcription prices. We feel this is fairest for our clients.

Invoicing

Billing for our medical transcription services is conveniently sent out electronically, at the beginning of the following month. Invoices are sent by e-mail and include a detailed log count for each dictation transcribed by our transcriptionists the previous month. Payment is accepted by check and Online account transfer.
